My heart is filled with so much love for this little girl that I grew inside of me and gave birth to. . . I never, in a million years, imagined how much love I could possibly have for one tiny little person. I never realized the true love a mother has for her children. Until now.
Her smile just lights up the room. It fills my heart with so much joy. So much happiness. I could be having a bad day -- And just one little smile from that cute little face, and my day is turned completely around.
I was so blessed with such a good sleeper. She takes lots of [cat] nap during the day -- And completely sleeps through the night. By 9pm, on the dot, if she isn't already in bed then she's fussing to be put to bed, and she puts herself to sleep. . . She looks so peaceful. So content. So at ease.
Her little hands. . . Her little feet. . . Her itty bitty nose, lips, ears and eyes. Oh how I love them. She's got such tiny feet. When she was in my belly, towards the end of my pregnancy, I would always play with her little foot. Itty bitty it was. She would push it out, I'd push it in and she'd move it somewhere else. . . And we would do that for 5-10 minutes at a time. It was then that I fell in love with those itty bitty feet. Her hands. . . How they hold onto our fingers so tightly. How they find their way into her mouth. . . Oy -- I just love this little itty bitty baby of mine.
If only she stayed itty bitty forever. . . She's gotten so big already. I can't believe she's already 2.5 months old -- She's learning new things every day.
Every day my heart fills more and more with love for her. . . I am waiting for the day it just explodes. I cannot imagine loving her any more then I already do.
